These terms and conditions govern the use of HireExpert Global's website, recruitment services, and all associated communications.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the HireExpert Global website or services, you agree to be bound by these terms and all applicable Indian laws and MEA regulations governing overseas recruitment.
2. Recruitment Ethics
HireExpert Global follows ethical recruitment practices. We do not charge candidates any fees beyond statutory documentation costs. Any person representing us must be an authorized recruiter with a valid ID card.
3. Candidate Obligations
Candidates must provide truthful information. Any misrepresentation of qualifications, experience, or health status will result in immediate deactivation of the profile and possible legal action.
4. Employer Obligations
Employers must comply with local labor laws of the deployment country, honor contractual terms of employment (salary, hours, accommodation), and treat deployed workers with dignity.
5. Fees & Charges
Employers pay recruitment service charges as per mutually signed agreement. Candidates only pay for statutorily mandated items like GAMCA medical, visa stamping fees, and travel where not covered by employer.
6. Replacement Policy
We provide a 3-month replacement guarantee for candidates who fail trade test at destination or leave employment during probation, subject to standard exclusions defined in the client agreement.
7. Limitation of Liability
HireExpert Global's liability is limited to the service fees paid. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from deployment.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, logos, and materials on this website are the intellectual property of HireExpert Global and may not be reproduced without written permission.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai.
10. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
